The top portion is a Granite Surface Plate with superior flatness accuracy, supported by a strong MS structure. Each table is equipped with 4 leveling pads on every leg for stability, and vibration isolators are inserted between the surface plate and MS structure. Every table is fitted with 4 high-performance vibration isolators to deliver excellent damping and precision.
